Every two months we choose 6 delightful whiskies, carefully bottle them into conveniently sized drams, and package them into a beautiful box to send straight to your door. Our subscriptions and one-off boxes are expertly curated to give you a unique and interesting journey through whisky. We offer:

• Pre-paid gift subscriptions, designed to make your life (and your lucky recipient's) as easy as possible
• Tasting Club membership: A recurring subscription billed bi-monthly on even months, if you're looking to explore great whisky yourself
• One-off boxes, ideal if you just want to try it out

Great question! Our Tasting Club memberships are ideal if you are looking to sign up for yourself, and want to pay per box you receive. Gift subscriptions are perfect if you are buying for someone else, because they are pre-paid, so you don't need to remember to cancel. They also come with a welcome letter for activating the gift, and the option for a whisky-themed gift card (add your message on the cart page).

We try to make it as easy as possible to give a gift subcription. In fact, we're confident our gifting process is the easiest one around! Simply choose the length of subscription you'd like to send, and where you want to send the first box.

You can send this to yourself to gift in person, or directly to your recipient. Inside their first box will be a gift activation code, which they can use to activate the remaining boxes in the subscription. We'll then send the rest straight to them, so there's no hassle for you.

Our Tasting Club subscription is bi-monthly on even months of the year. Simply sign up, and we'll send the first box right away.

After that, you'll be billed on the 1st day of every even month (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec) and receive new boxes shortly after, when we release our latest edition.

You can also pause, skip, or cancel easily via your online account.

We send the first box in any Tasting Club or Gift subscription straight away when you order.

After that, for our bi-monthly Tasting Club memberships, we'll your next box based on when you joined. There is a minimum 15 day buffer period to ensure we don't send your second box too quickly. For example, if you join on the 8th of July, your next box will be August's. However if you joined on the 21st of July, we would send the second box in October instead.

For gift subscriptions, timing is based on when the recipient activates their gift, rather than on the order date. After a gift subscription is activated, we'll send the next box on or just after the 1st of the following month. So if you give someone a gift subscription and they activate it in early July, we'd send their next box in August.

Standard shipping to UK Mainland addresses is always free, whether you're purchasing a one-off box or a subscription. We use a premium UK courier, so your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days for orders placed before 12pm. Sometimes, orders arrive the next day!

Shipping to UK offshore, including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands is charged between at £10-12 per order. These are on a 2 day service, so please allow an extra day for delivery.

We regret that we are unable to ship to countries outside the UK at this time, but do keep an eye out as we look to expand our whisky network soon!

While we strive to make things as easy as possible, sometimes things do go wrong! If you've got a problem with your order, or you have a question about delivery, drop us an email to woodhouse@thedramteam.co.ukwith your order number and we will look into it for you. We LOVE putting things right as fast as we can.

It's possible to place an order and join the tasting club without creating an online account, but we highly recommend you do so. This is how you can manage your contact information, payment cards and subscription options, including pausing, skipping and cancelling.

When placing your order, you'll be asked to create an online account. Be sure to look out for a verification email in your inbox shortly after, as you'll need to click "Activate" inside that email to complete your account set-up.

If you've set up your account and having trouble logging in, or resetting your password, just drop us an email on woodhouse@thedramteam.co.uk and we'll get it sorted.

We know that sometimes life changes and you'll need to cancel. You can do this via your online account, by logging in and selecting "Manage my subscription" and following the cancel prompts. Remember, you can cancel your subscription at any time - there are no hidden fees or minimum length. We hope you'll come back one day!
